Bring It Back to the Breath…
A six week online course starting on the 3rd April, and every Thursday 7:30-8:30pm until the 8th May (8th May is a 1.5hr session finishing at 9pm). This course is available to everyone, adults and children, enjoy this course as one or with your family!
What to expect from the 6 weeks course...
Each week there will be a SOMA Breath meditation
Learn techniques to restore balance & harmony
Take away tools to support the daily stresses of life
WhatsApp group to build a daily practice
Sessions will be recorded and replays available for one week
Week 1 - Back to Basics:
How to breathe more efficiently, Nasal breathing vs Mouth breathing, An introduction to breath holds.
Week 2 - Grounding & Develop Techniques
Learn how to ground yourself during stressful times, introducing different techniques to cleanse, energise, bring calm & relaxation.
Week 3 - Getting the Most out of each Breath
Working with the Chakras and all parts of the body to breathe deeper and more effectively.
Week 4 - Tension Releasing Movement with Breath
Learning different movements that can help you release tension: stretching, shaking & chanting.
Week 5 - Meditating with the Breath, a SOMA Journey
Guiding you on a journey into your inner world, a 50 minute breathwork meditation.
Week 6 - Putting it all together as we Become One
Chanting, Movement, Breath & Meditation. A 1.5hr session to combine everything that you have learnt over the duration of the course. Coming back to yourself!
